I began making body butter and oils in 2014, six years after becoming paralyzed. Since my injury, I struggled with skin issues, and I was searching for lotions and ointments that would be gentle on my skin yet still beneficial to it. As my search went on, I was astounded by the disturbing amounts of chemicals found in our body lotions. That ignited me to create a body butter that is good for our skin and contains ingredients that can be read and understood.
